Reporting Issues and Contact Information

Yes, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation for your car is essential. Since you are representing various brands, it’s important that your vehicle reflects positively on their image.
Please contact us at driver@autoadvert.com.au
To get paid, you must show a picture of the advert on your car when requested. It is your responsibility. Contact us immediately for a replacement if it has been removed or damaged. By not doing so will result in your payment being deducted or termination of our agreement.
If there has been some damage done to your advertising, you must notify us immediately by emailing driver@autoadvert.com.au

Campaign Logistics and Requirements

Yes, once a week. This is to verify that:

  1.  You are meeting the quality & standards in our agreement.
  2.  Transparency with our advertiser.
We have a tracking number with every dispatch so we know where it is at all times..

Yes, but it may affect our ability to advertise on your car. However, if you have a brand on your car and it’s a legal requirement, then that is fine.

Simply take it off and place it in the bin.

Once you agree to place the advertisement on the car we send out the advert to your specified address. Once you have received the package simply take the advertisement and install it on your car. There may be specific instructions depending on the campaign but all of this will be provided to you. However, depending on the campaign you may be required to drive your car to a nearby location to be professionally done

Who doesn’t like a holiday! We understand that your life doesn’t revolve around promoting brands you like and that sometimes plans or unexpected events will prevent you from fulfilling the campaign obligations.
Ultimately, it is your responsibility to meet the campaign criteria you agreed to at the start of the campaign. Failure to do so will result in your payments being reduced or nulled.
It’s important that you’re active on the road throughout the entire campaign for the brand to achieve its objectives, so you shouldn’t commit to a campaign that you’re unable to participate in for the full duration. You are responsible for contacting us if you can not fulfill your obligations.
Drivers (who aren’t as awesome as you!) might be removed from a campaign early if they seriously break the campaign rules. We work hard upfront to avoid this situation because it’s not beneficial for us, the driver, or the brand. Trust us, we’ll always make this decision if it means maintaining the integrity of the campaign.

Payment and Compensation

We deposit the funds directly into your bank account each week. Note, funds can take time to clear into your bank account. Please check with your bank for processing times.

Equipment and Technology

Great question! Simply put, yes. Our tracker confirms that you’re meeting the campaign requirements, providing advertisers with the confidence to collaborate with you for brand promotion. All data collected from your vehicle is securely stored and shared with advertisers in an anonymised form. The only information shared about you is general insights into your advertising exposure, like “50% of time spent in Brisbane City” or “600km driven each month.” None of this information allows advertisers to know your current location unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Application and Participation

Simply fill in the form and answer a few questions to qualify.

This can range from small to large brands. It will depend on who wants to advertise at the time. But don’t worry—we will let you know who is advertising before we send out the advert for your approval.
Yes, absolutely it’s your car after all.

We usually prefer cars that are 7 years old or newer for most campaigns, but don’t worry if your vehicle is older – you can still create a profile! The 7-year guideline exists because advertisers usually prefer modern cars for their campaigns. Also, after 7 years, the original paint on your vehicle may have deteriorated, making paint damage possible during the removal of advertising.

If your car is older than 7 years and you’d still like to participate in a campaign, feel free to create a profile. We’ll connect you with campaigns where advertisers aren’t specifically looking for newer vehicles. Just keep in mind that there might be a risk of paint damage to your vehicle in these cases.

If there has been some damage done to your advertising, you must notify us immediately by emailing driver@autoadvert.com.au
Great question! The details depend on the specific campaign. Before you join, you’ll need to agree to the campaign’s terms. Often, there’s a standard requirement like driving a minimum number of kilometres each month in specific areas. For instance, an advertiser might ask for at least 1,000 km monthly or 40 hours in a particular area. Other campaigns may have different unique requirements, but you’ll get all the details before you decide to participate.

Troubleshooting and Support

If you don’t show your the advert we can not pay you until a new one arrives. If you require more than one replacement within a month then any additional replacement fees apply. Too many replacements and we may terminate our agreement.
If your advert has comes off you need to inform us straight away for a replacement. You get one free replacement per month, if this happens again in that month then you will need to bear the cost of replacement. Remember if the advert isn’t on the car then we will not pay you.
Then you will need to pick it up from the post office or provide instructions on where to safely store it.
If you’ve been involved in an accident, incident or altercation on the road, please email us immediately at driver@autoadvert.com.au It’s important that you notify us as soon as possible so that we can take action to mitigate any damages caused. Failing to notify us of an accident, incident or altercation may result in your early removal from the campaign in serious circumstances.

Advertiser FAQ’s

Driver and Vehicle Management

We have a monetary agreement with our drivers to have your brand on their cars. We not only track our drivers but we audit them also. Requesting our drivers to take regular updates of the condition of the advert. Our ads are designed with a strong and secure grip to withstand various driving conditions. Additionally, we provide clear guidelines to our drivers about the proper application and maintenance of the advert.
The drivers are everyday high-mileage drivers who have been vetted by our team.
